I might have mentioned it in a post why I am writing this blog, but in case I didn't here it is.

I have a lot of random opinions or thoughts regarding fitness, but also regarding life and sometimes I need an outlet to say them. This blog is just that, it's my outlet. If I have a thought that I think I could write about, then I'm going to do it. If someone asks me an interesting question, I'll answer them, but then I'll go ahead and also answer it on this page. I'm gonna go ahead and share any thoughts I have here.

I also want this to be a place to document my own fitness journey. I have a page where I am documenting all of my workouts, but I feel the journey is much more than just the workout, but also the mindset. I like to eliminate the mental side when I am working out, but I still want to develop and grow in my thought process. This blog will also be here for me to document my own life journey.

I am going to try my best to put out a weekly post. Some may be more interesting and thought provoking than others, but I will try and make them all at least somewhat interesting. I am also not really going to censor myself. I believe one of my biggest writing skills is that I can write just like I speak, and I believe people like that more, so I am just going to write, do basic spell and grammar (maybe not even the grammar) check and then post. No censoring, no editing, just my own pure thoughts.
